
There is no need to install the stand-alone version. Note: If users have Adobe Creative Cloud installed, they already have Adobe Acrobat Professional. To guide users through the installation process, we have created a document with step-by-step instructions. Some users who have purchased their Adobe Acrobat Professional 2020 licenses from RamTech are having trouble installing the product. Should users continue to have issues, we encourage them to contact their local College or Department IT. Choose “Personal Account” ( not Company or School Account).


For labs using Acrobat Pro 2017 that wish to continue using shared licenses through February 2021, it is critical that they are on the reserialized version. However, if you “reserialized” your version of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 in June, the license will be usable through February 2021. Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 serialized licensing expired September 2020.
